This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Experts collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit leadexpertsagency.com, contact us or work with us. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at info@leadexperts.in.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in an enquiry, contact or consultation form on our website (our forms are built with WPForms), we collect the details you enter, which may include:
- your name, email address and mobile number;
- your location (city or country);
- your requirement or message, and any other details you choose to include, such as your company name or website.
If you email us, call us, message us on social media or subscribe to updates we offer, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation. If you become a client, we also hold the business contact and billing details needed to deliver our services.
Information collected automatically
When you browse our website, we and our service providers automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (country or city level), the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the website or advert that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
3. Cookies, analytics and embedded content
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website working, fast and secure, and to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. The main tools are:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC): measure visits, traffic sources and how pages are used. Google Analytics uses cookies such as
_ga. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. - Cloudflare: protects the website from abuse and delivers it quickly; it may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- NitroPack: speeds up page loading and may set performance cookies.
- Embedded content: some pages include videos from YouTube, podcast players from Podbean and review widgets from Clutch. When these load, the provider may set its own cookies and collect information about your visit, under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, such as forms, from working properly.
4. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and give you the quote, audit or plan you asked for;
- to provide, manage and invoice our services if you become a client;
- to send you updates or marketing that you have asked for, which you can stop at any time;
- to understand how our website is used and to improve its content and performance;
- to keep our website and systems secure and to prevent spam and fraud;
- to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent: for example, when you submit a form, subscribe to updates or accept non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract: to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract, and to perform our contract with you.
- Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve our website and business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or for the legitimate uses the Act permits, such as when you voluntarily provide your data for a specific purpose.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, security and performance (for example Cloudflare and NitroPack), analytics (Google), email and form tools, and customer-relationship software, who may only use it to provide their services to us;
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary;
- authorities, regulators or courts, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, property or safety;
- a buyer or successor, if our business is ever reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up with you; client records are kept for as long as our contract runs and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools we use. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable hosting and security providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach occurs, including notifying you and the authorities where the law requires.
9. International transfers
We are based in India and work with clients and service providers around the world, so your information may be processed in India, the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or the safeguards offered by our providers.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to (India);
- complain to a data protection authority or, in India, the Data Protection Board of India, after first raising the matter with us.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
How to exercise your rights

11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites and platforms, such as social networks, YouTube, Podbean and Clutch. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
